Pixar Animation Studios (yes you read that right) has been working with Discovery Channel on a new television series called Reign of the Dinosaurs, to be airing in 2011. The network is describing the project as “Avatar meets Jurassic Park”.

I made this in honor of the series finale on Sunday, and to the end of a wonderful show. It will be missed. I’ve always thought that each season had a color representation in my head, so I tried to incorporate that in the illustration.
